You have 30 days from delivery to return your Trailkit Pump if it is not right for your kit.

Returned items should be in their original condition with the included nozzles and USB-C cable. Please include your order number when contacting us.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the return has been received and checked.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and a clear photo so we can put it right.
